This app horribly buggy. Even the bug report form in the app is not implemented, and just copies your report to an email client. Starting a rental only works if you're near the locker, but the app takes forever to recognize that you're standing in front of one. Unlocking did not work, and showed a non-working 'contact support' button. I managed to find a phone number eventually, and got an unlock code after 10 minutes in line. Now the app threatens to charge me for not finishing my rental.

Thank you for your feedback. You must be at the locker to start or end a rental. It appears that the locker you used was working on a backup battery, which may have caused the issue you were having ending the rental. A technician will service the locker. We are working on an app update and better customer support training to address these issues.

Fixed my review. Something about Locker Left MV01. Was giving me a hard time. Had to call support each time for a total of 3 times to get it opened. But when I switched to Locker Left MV02. Everything worked perfectly Might be a programming bug Maybe Associated with A.I. (The locker is in Mountain View California after all. & tech companies have been making a huge push to assimilate ai Into thier businesses) Maybe something to do with 02L&R being two ℝ² options & 01L&R being an i² option 🤔🤓😆

Doesn't work in San Diego. You need the actual card. Wish it would have stated that on their website when I went to the Playstore from there to download the app then put money on the account.

We apologize for any inconvenience. Not all of our partners update their lockers to support the app, our website states that the app works at most locations and links to a map of app-enabled locations. Unfortunately, San Diego requires you to register through them. We’re working with them to streamline their process and integrate it with our app.
