Summary:
As a General Attorney, the incumbent will be responsible for advising clients on ethics related issues, such as the federal conflicts of interest statutes, standards of ethical conduct regulations, financial disclosure requirements, STOCK Act, procurement integrity and the Hatch Act restrictions.

Bar Membership: Submit proof of active membership in good standing (Copy of Certification) from the bar of a state, or territory of the United States, or the District of Columbia, or Commonwealth of Puerto Rico Bar.
For education completed outside the United States, also submit a valid foreign credential evaluation that substantiates possession of the required education.
Education must be accredited by an accrediting institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education in order for it to be credited towards qualifications. Therefore, provide only the attendance and/or degrees from schools accredited by accrediting institutions recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
