The GS-12 salary range starts at $86,335 per year.
**The incumbent will be assigned as a Night Shift Building Manager at the Federal Research Center at White Oak, MD. location. **
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as evaluating policies and implementing programs related to the operation and maintenance of medium size (e.g. 500K sq ft), multi-level, commercial buildings (or equivalent non-housing high rise building); analyzing the effectiveness and efficiency of building operations, automated systems, and mechanical equipment; establishing and maintaining customer satisfaction programs that include feedback mechanisms used to evaluate the effectiveness of services provided; and managing or monitoring real property budgetary and financial data.
