Michigan Reconnect has helped more than 1,000 Michiganders this year realize their life-changing educational goals. Join Governor Gretchen Whitmer, and others, to honor these community college graduates and celebrate their achievement! Michigan Reconnect is a scholarship program that pays for students to attend in-district community college tuition-free or offers a large tuition discount for students who attend an out- of-district community college. Since Michigan Reconnect was established in 2021, more than 5,500 students within the program have received their associate degree.
