Working in Social Care – online recruitment event

In2Care Kirklees and Works Better are having an online event on the 15 September 2021 1pm – 2.30pm.

Who will be there?

We have invited people from various care companies to talk about what it is like working in / as:

  • Residential Care
  • Domiciliary Care
  • Specialist Care (Learning and Physical Disabilities / Mental Health)
  • A Personal Assistant

What support is available?

You can find out what support is available from the In2Care and Works Better teams and how they can help find the right role for you.

This support includes:

  • Interview and application support / CV’s
  • Confidence building
  • 6 months ‘in work’ support

A program tailored to support with any employment barriers you are facing.

Please join us and ask any questions about the different roles in the care sector.  You can also meet employers and request further support from Works Better and In2Care Kirklees.

Where is the event?

The event will be on Microsoft Teams.  You don’t have to be on video as there will be multiple presentations and guest speakers for you to listen to with the chance to ask any questions.
