Your Doctor's Office

Your doctor's office can be a great place to receive your immunizations.

If you need help finding a doctor, 211 Info is a good place to start. Specializing in health and social service assistance, they can be reached at: http://211info.org/health/ or by dialing 2-1-1.


Neighborhood Pharmacy

Many of Oregon pharmacies offer immunizations to adults, adolescents, and children (7 and older).


COVID-19 & Flu Shots

Find COVID-19 and flu vaccines:

  • Vaccines.gov or call 1-800-232-0233 (TTY 1-888-720-7489).
  • Bridge Access Program - provides free COVID-19 vaccines to adults without health insurance and adults whose insurance does not cover all COVID-19 vaccine costs.

COVID-19 Testing and Treatment

Are you in need of a COVID-19 test?Find a location then call the facility or visit their website to make an appointment.

COVID-19 medications/treatments are available through your doctor, local pharmacies, and health clinics. If you have COVID-19 symptoms, do not wait to get treated. You must take oral COVID-19 medication within 5 days of your first COVID-19 symptoms.

COVID-19 Treatment Patient Assistance Programs
Pfizer is supporting patients prescribed Paxlovid in two ways:

  • Medicare, Medicaid, and uninsured patients will continue to receive Paxlovid at no charge through December 2024. Eligible patients can get the voucher from Pfizer by calling 877-219-7225 or going to Paxlovid assistance. You will get a voucher from Pizer that you can give to a participating pharmacy.
  • Pfizer is also operating a Paxlovid Co-Pay Savings Program for eligible privately (commercially) insured patients.

The Merck Patient Assistance Program (a 501c3 non-profit organization) provides Lagevrio free of charge to patients who meet its eligibility criteria and who, without assistance, could not otherwise afford the product. This product is ONLY available through an URGENT NEED request. Your Health Care Provider must call 800-727-5400 and tell the program representative that they are making an Urgent Need Request for LAGEVRIO. The program representative will provide necessary instructions. Your Health Care Provider must follow the program representative's instructions to make your request.

Immunization Coverage

Insurance

Most health insurance plans cover the cost of vaccines. If you have insurance, you can always call your insurance company to see if you're covered.

If you need help finding medical coverage for your child or yourself, visit www.Healthcare.gov or call 1-800-318-2596.


Vaccines for Children

If you or your child are uninsured and under 19 years of age, ask your doctor or county health department about the Vaccines for Children (VFC) program. This program provides vaccines to eligible patients at a dramatically lower price.
