The deadline for MIPS eligible clinicians and their representatives to sign in to submit and review their data for the 2024 performance year has been extended (in response to the National Intravenous (IV) Fluid Shortage) until April 14, 2025, at 8 p.m. ET.

In response to the ongoing national IV fluid shortage, CMS will reopen the 2024 MIPS Extreme and Uncontrollable Circumstances (EUC) Exception Application to provide relief to practices impacted by the IV fluid shortage. The application will reopen Monday, March 31, 2025, at 10 a.m. ET, and will close April 14, 2025, at 8 p.m. ET.

We published the 2025 historical benchmarks for quality measures on the QPP website. Benchmarks are the point of comparison we use to score the measures you submit.
