This webinar will focus on how to start, grow, and expand your business with assistance from the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). Participants will learn about the programs, resources, loans, and other opportunities that the SBA has to offer small business owners, including business counseling, access to capital, Ascent, and government contracting programs.
Ms. Bridget Johnson Fells will conduct the webinar. She is a Economic Development Specialist with the U.S. Small Business Administration's Gulfport, Mississippi, Branch Office.
As an Economic Development Specialist, Bridget is responsible for marketing SBA programs and services to the small business community which includes business development, lending programs, and contracting opportunities. Bridget also serves as the Public Information Officer, Women’s Business Center Technical Representative, and Veterans Business Development Officer.
Bridget obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture Economics from Alcorn State University and earned her Master of Business Administration from William Carey University. Bridget has 31 years of federal government service and 24 years with the SBA.
