All permitted worksites ≥ 5 acres of disturbed surface area and located in West Pinal PM10 Nonattainment Area as defined in 40 CFR Part 81.303 are required to have a Dust Control Coordinator (DCC) onsite at all times during primary dust-generating operations pursuant to Chapter 4, Article 3,Section 180 (§ 4-3-180), subsections G and H.

The DCC must have a current Pinal County Comprehensive Dust Control Certificate (renewable every three years) readily accessible on-site while acting as a DCC.
