New Resource Helps Counties Apply the Stepping Up Framework to Advance Racial Equity


The Stepping Up initiative has developed a new resource to help communities ensure equitable outcomes as they work to reduce the number of people with mental illnesses in jail. The latest brief from Stepping Up shows counties how to apply the tools they already have in place to incrementally build policies, programs, and practices that increase racial equity and mitigate disparities.
