The New Hope Community Development Institute, located in the heart of Seattle’s Central District, is a nonprofit incorporated in the State of Washington. We are committed to the preservation of an African American vibrant livelihood in the Central District and surrounding areas and greater Seattle area, including designated regional opportunity zones, and to reinvigorate their presence in these areas. To this end, we aim to cultivate affordable housing opportunities, incubate Black-owned business development, and promote Black wealth-building and financial sustainability.
