Proposed Draft Policies for Review:
Proposed policies are published on this page for public comments. Public comments are collected via an online form. The public comment period is open for 30 days from the publishing of the proposed policy. At the end of the public comment period, OCRA will review the feedback, make revisions if needed, and then, with the approval of the CDBG program director, post the policy. Once posted under active policies, policies are to be considered final and effective on their respective effective dated noted in the draft.
