As a Human Resources Specialist for the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) District 1 in Duluth, you will provide advanced professional level human resources services to district management, supervisors and employees to ensure that all personnel laws, rules, regulations and collective bargaining agreements are upheld. You will serve as a specialist in the areas of classification, compensation, staffing, recruitment/selection, FMLA, and contract administration. This position is eligible to potentially telework in a hybrid type model.
