#NowHiring: Join the largest legal department within DHS! The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Office of the Principal Legal Advisor (OPLA) has multiple general attorney vacancies across the country. OPLA is responsible for assessing litigation risk and providing litigation support to the Department of Justice. As a General Attorney, the selected applicant will represent the U.S. Government in removal proceedings before immigration judges, provide expert legal counsel in the interpretation of highly complex immigration and customs laws, conduct legal research, prepare cases for litigation, and other duties. #Know2Protect is a DHS national public awareness campaign about the escalating threat of online child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSEA). The lack of understanding of online CSEA and increased technology use among children and teens has created space for these crimes to flourish.
