#ICYMI: Secretary-designee Kirsten Johnson was proud to stand beside parents, educators, clinicians, and community leaders to inspire young people to consider careers in health care. Evidence shows young people who don’t see themselves represented in a profession tend not to see it as a career option. The Black Men in White Coats campaign aims to change that and increase the number of Black men pursuing careers in the medical industry by laying the foundation for success with mentorship and networking. What a great campaign! What a great event! Medical College of Wisconsin Advancing a Healthier Wisconsin Endowment
