Robert Wood Johnson Foundation to recognize projects that help people reach their best health
The RWJF is accepting applications for its 2024 Culture of Health Prize, which honors work to address structural racism and other injustices to advance equity and opportunity. Previous awards have honored efforts in the areas of nutrition and food security, access to transportation and housing, reproductive justice, Native people's sovereignty, and others.
Open nationwide, 10 awards of $250,000 each will be granted to diverse cross-sector partnerships whose collaborative, community-based efforts address systemic barriers to health and center those most impacted by inequities. Eligible applicants include existing partnerships of multiple collaborating organizations from counties, federally recognized Tribal nations, and other Indigenous communities.
Applications are due by June 3 at noon and a recording of an informational webinar is available.
