Yesterday, Texas A&M Forest Service responded to 2 new requests for assistance on wildfires burning 37 acres across the state.

- KC450 Fire, Kimble County - 722 acres and 70% contained

- West Owl Fire, Hockley County - 32 acres
- Benavides Fire, Palo Pinto County - 5 acres
