Transportation system that are most vulnerable to disruptive events can help incorporate risk-based resilience management into transportation planning and decision making. The transportation sector also needs probabilistic infrastructure design standards. Measures of the extent of infrastructure that is vulnerable to #ExtremeWeather, #wildfires, #drought, and #flooding due to climate change are available for a few jurisdictions, but not consistently or nationally. In addition, available measures generally do not take into the account the speed of climate change and its variability. Find more in https://ow.ly/yKjN50RzBCv
