NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Tri County Economic Development District (TEDD), an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer, is seeking an experienced, qualified firm for the procurement of materials for the “Stevens
County Connect” fiber to the home project funded by the Washington State Broadband Office. This project is (funded/partially funded), by federal award number CPFFN0145 (ARPA Capital) awarded to Washington State Broad
Band Office by the U.S. Department of the Treasury. Per the grant program, TEDD will use funds to construct an aerial & underground fiber optic system. TEDD requests firms who are licensed in the State of Washington to conduct business, to provide pricing and specifications for the materials requested in the published Request for Quotes and Qualifications (RFQQ). Small, minority, and women owned firms are encouraged to submit bids.


Bids will be opened at 2:05 PST, March 14th, 2025, virtually via a ZOOM meeting that will be made available to all bidders. The firms should supply pricing, material specifications, and any other required items as shown in the RFQQ document. Responses submitted after the deadline or incomplete will be rejected.
