2019-20 Division 22 Assurance Form

In November 2020, districts are expected to report their compliance status on all Division 22 standards in effect for the 2019-20 school year. For the 2019-20 school year, the State Board of Education adopted OAR 581-022-0103 State Standards for the 2019-20 School Year. https://tinyurl.com/581-022-0103 This rule temporarily established a streamlined set of Division 22 standards in effect for the 2019-20 school year, accommodating for the shift to emergency distance learning in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. For the 2019-20 school year, school districts are required to report on the Division 22 standards included in OAR 581-022-0103; any standard not included in this rule is waived for the 2019-2020 school year. Please carefully review each standard identified in OAR 581-022-0103 as you complete this form. Please Note: To complete your district’s Division 22 Assurance submission, you will need to: 1. Upload your local board meeting minutes and provide a link to the website where you have posted your Division 22 Assurances Report (insert TinyURL) in the Upload Required section of this form. 2. Complete this Division 22 Assurances form (you may copy and paste from the Division 22 Assurances Report shared with your district school board). 3.
