The GS-15 base pay salary range starts at $109,366 per year. Locality Pay will be added after selection.
The location of this position is negotiable after selection. The incumbent may be selected for one of the following duty stations that are GSA Regional or National Offices: Washington, DC; Boston, MA; New York, NY; Philadelphia, PA; Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; Kansas City, MO; Fort Worth, TX; Denver, CO; San Francisco, CA; Auburn, WA.
This position is not a Full-Time Telework position.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as leading initiatives and projects focusing on improving customer relationships and integrating client initiatives into the Public Buildings Service or large real estate organization’s business model; leading business reviews with higher-level client management to develop approaches to managing and assessing the organization's performance efficiency; monitoring accountability requirements; and recommending solutions to problems/concerns.
