PROPERTY NEWS: The March UK House Price Index data shows, on average, house prices rose 0.7% between February 2024 and March 2024. There has been an annual price rise of 1.8%, which makes the average property in the UK valued at £283,000. England shows an annual price rise of 1.0% which takes the average property value to £299,000. London shows an annual price fall of 3.4% which takes the average property value to £500,000. Wales shows an annual price rise of 1.3% which takes the average property value to £214,000. Read more at: https://lnkd.in/e8x6wvYs

You will deal with a range of land registration enquiries and provide information to customers quickly and clearly, taking calls from all sectors of our community. We're looking for great candidates who have effective verbal and written communication skills, with a reasonable level of fluency in English and always put the customer first. With a great eye for detail, you will be able to spot mistakes where others don’t and can make sound judgements, providing clear advice in challenging or sensitive situations.
