To file online, you need an authentication code. If you do not have this code already, you will need to request one: https://lnkd.in/exjs4dU9 For security reasons, the authentication code is sent to the registered office address held on our records. 🏠 Once you have received the code, please keep it safe for future filings.

From today, 18 March 2025, you can apply to register your business as an Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP) using our new 'Apply to register as a Companies House authorised agent' service. 🎉 Your business must already be registered with an Anti-Money Laundering (AML) supervisory body. From 18 March 2025, you can register your business as an Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP). You'll need to be an ACSP to tell Companies House you've verified someone's identity. You'll be able to do this from 8 April 2025. In the future, all businesses who file information on behalf of clients will need to register as an ACSP.
