Save the date for the 17th Annual Celebration of Art: September 18-21, 2025.

Celebration of Art (CoA) is a wonderful Grand Canyon National Park tradition that provides a vibrant experience for visitors and a venue for artists inspired by the magnificent Grand Canyon. As a fundraiser for a dedicated Art Venue at the South Rim, the goal is to use art to inspire deeper engagement and appreciation for Grand Canyon among visitors of all ages.

Celebration of Art showcases a juried selection of artists whose works are inspired by the canyon. This year’s event brings exciting new additions, expanding to showcase a diverse range of mediums. Attendees can explore basketry, metalsmithing, drum making, photography, offering a richer and more dynamic artistic experience.

Founded in 2009, CoA invites participating artists to create "en plein air" (outside on location) for a week at the South Rim of Grand Canyon. Artwork produced during this special event is shared with the public during a six month sale and exhibition online and in-person at Historic Kolb Studio.

Proceeds from Celebration of Art will go towards creating a dedicated art venue at Grand Canyon. This location will be the hub of art activity at the canyon, displaying current collections and providing room for future acquisitions. Learn more about this project.
