What’s Happening?

Join Nonprofit New York and the New York Council of Nonprofits this Friday, April 3rd, 1 pm - 2:00 pm for a webinar on what the recently passed federal CARES Act and Families First Coronavirus Response Act mean for New York’s nonprofit community. David Thompson, Vice President of Public Policy at the National Council of Nonprofits, will be a featured speaker during the webinar.

The webinar will review important provisions within both acts relevant for nonprofits, including financial relief programs, paid sick and family leave requirements, payroll tax credits available for nonprofits, timelines, and how these new provisions compare to New York State and New York City paid leave requirements.

PLEASE NOTE: The capacity for this webinar is 500 attendees. We will make the slides and recording available for anyone who cannot join.
