Description:

In the face of so much uncertainty, global pandemic, stocks falling, unemployment on the rise and economies struggling to recover, its normal to feel overwhelmed, stressed, and afraid. So, our survival instincts activate to respond to this perceived threat. However, this also means that our cognition is impaired making it more likely to fall into unproductive thought patterns. We have less access to the creative and analytical parts of the brain, but as leaders these are the functions of the brain we need the most in order to tackle complex problems and respond effectively to change.

In this course you will learn the pillars of mindful leadership:

  • Calming the mind and reducing anxiety
  • Identifying unproductive thought patterns
  • Responding to your team and customers mindfully
  • Organizing work in a more mentally sustainable way

You will walk away from this course with a greater sense of confidence in your ability to remain calm in the face of adversity.
