Description:

Struggling with workplace burnout? Well you are not alone. A recent poll found that 50 percent of federal employees are experiencing widespread burnout due to immense pressure from the COVID-19 pandemic. Burnout in the workplace is not a new occurrence, however the ongoing conditions of living under a global pandemic have exasperated the symptoms of burnout.  Employees are struggling with a whole host of issues such as technology challenges, Zoom fatigue, and work life balance, just to name a few.

So what can we do to cope? In this course you will learn how to identify burnout, investigate the symptoms, and address whatever it may be pointing to. You will also learn ways to manage stress, regulate your nervous system, and reframe the way you approach your work in a way that is more sustainable for you long term.
