Having a business plan is a necessity for the success of your small business, as it acts as a road map for effective business operations. Join us for this interactive workshop and learn the steps to putting together a solid business plan. Your Marketing Plan and Financial Analysis/Projections will be key areas of focus. Parking Information: The City of San Bernardino Training Center is located on the 2nd Floor of 201 North “E” Street. Accessing the building is best by parking on the 5th floor of the “free” parking structure, nearest 201 North “E” Street. From this parking area, you will enter the building on the 3rd floor. Proceed to the elevator at the end of the hall and take it to the 2nd floor.
