As a Lease Management Specialist, you operate as a GSA representative and onsite project manager, responsible for managing a leased building inventory and administering GSA lease contracts for assigned buildings.

The GS-12 salary range starts at $74596 per year.
In addition to the Basic Requirements, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level in the Federal service. Specialized experience is: Providing technical advice and guidance on lease administration programs and activities. This experience must include reviewing and analyzing a wide range of leases and realty transactions to ensure financial accuracy; communicating orally and in writing to address issues ranging from routine to highly complex in nature; and identifying, researching and analyzing lease administration issues and providing solutions and recommendations to management.
