As a Supervisory Customer Engagement and Workplace Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for the overall program integrity of the Region’s strategic customer workplace programming, portfolio liaison management, integrating new business initiatives and traditional customer needs.
Location: PBS, Region 5, Real Estate Division, Location will be a Region 5 office building, decided upon selection.

The GS-14 salary range starts at $107,807 per year. Salary is dependent upon location for which you are selected.
To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or higher in the Federal service.
Specialized experience is managing a customer account management program which includes developing, planning, executing and managing complex customer service strategies and solutions for clients as it relates to workspace solutions and real property. This experience must include leading others to analyze and assess technical, financial, and client data and budget processes in order to develop and implement workspace strategies; establishing and maintaining client relationships in consideration of conflicting customer requirements; conducting formal public speaking and presentations to convey complex information to audiences with divergent expectations or objectives; and problem solving complex client concerns and issues related to workspace solutions.
