Civil Rights - Equal Employment Opportunity Officer

 
King County Metro is in search of an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Officer. The EEO Officer is responsible for directing and overseeing comprehensive agency-wide federally-mandated to ensure compliance with the Federal Transportation Administration’s regulations. EEO Officer reports directly to the General Manager with a dotted reporting line to the Assistant General Manager for Equity & Impact. EEO Officer responsible for EEO Program management and oversight reflects the agency’s EEO commitment. In this role, the EEO Officer will set strategic direction and agency-wide process outcomes for EEO compliance. Collaborating with Metro’s Divisions, the EEO Officer advises, coordinates, develops, manages standard complaint and compliance process/practices consistent with federal requirements.
