In brief:

Budget discharge.
Parliament will assess the 2019 accounts of 52 EU institutions and bodies. MEPs are expected to postpone the decision to clear the accounts of the Frontex border agency - awaiting further clarifications - and those of the European Council and the Council of Ministers, due to their failure to supply Parliament with the necessary data. The final votes on the resolutions will take place on Thursday.
