Violence Prevention and Healing Services – First District Service Provider Survey

The Los Angeles County Office of Violence Prevention is working with the First District to implement the Trauma Prevention Initiative, a place-based violence prevention strategy designed to promote peace, in the communities of East LA, Puente Valley, and Pomona.

To assist with our planning and outreach efforts, we are asking service providers in the area to complete this short survey.
