This free webinar will support business owners understanding the importance of valuing your business. The vast majority of your net worth is tied up illiquid assets (assets that are not easily converted into cash). Understanding that 80% of businesses that go to market ultimately do not sell it important to put a plan in place that allows you to build something transferrable. Allowing yourself to trade at a higher multiple and harvest more at the eventual transition out of your business, whether through a transition to the next generation, Sale to Management, ESOP or sale to third party, it is important to understand which method is best as generally 80+% of a business owners wealth is tied up illiquid in their business. As a business owner you should know these 3 numbers: Your Wealth Gap, Profit Gap and Value Gap, in order to give you the best idea of what the next stage in life will look like.
