NOAA Fisheries is hosting three informational webinars detailing proposed changes to the North Atlantic right whale vessel speed rule. The agency is proposing changes to reduce the risk of lethal vessel strikes with endangered right whales along the U.S. East Coast. Following a brief presentation, we will provide attendees the opportunity to ask clarifying questions about the proposed changes. Additionally, you can provide written questions in advance, when you register, which we will do our best to respond to during the webinar.
