To receive credit participants must meet all of the course requirements and write/submit a formal response (minimum of 950 words) that addresses four questions:
Identify content in the modules that reinforce your current practice as it relates to the Shifts. (Describe what you’re already doing.)
Identify what of your current instructional practice will you change after taking this course and describe how you will change your practice as it relates to the Shifts. (Include specific details and references to course content/resources.)
What results do you expect to see from the changes described in number 2? (Include observable results to help you know your implementation is successful.)
Leadership can take many forms, whether you are a classroom teacher sharing with colleagues and administrators locally, an administrator planning next steps for your district, or a consultant providing guidance around the shifts in student learning and teaching. What content/tools/resources will you share? With whom and why? (Include specific details and references to course content/resources.)
