Green and Resilient Retrofit Program (GRRP) provides direct loans and grants to eligible HUD-assisted multifamily properties to fund projects that improve energy or water efficiency, enhance indoor air quality, increase resilience to natural disasters, generate and store energy, and more. GRRP also provides funding to support benchmarking at assisted properties.

The Elements cohort supports current and closed recapitalization transactions by providing funding for a menu of efficiency and resilience investments to add to rehabilitation projects in their final planning stages or those that have closed since May 11, 2023.
