A SWOT analysis is the first step in helping your business to identify the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats related to competition or project planning. This is a vital component of your business strategy if you are going to be successful in government contracting.
Contractors will review material that will provide a self-evaluation and a preliminary benchmark for business development to help determine if a company could be a viable government contractor or if certain issues would prohibit a company from successfully entering the government marketplace. About the Instructor
Archie Cardwell has over 38 years of Government Contract experience as a Contract Specialist, Contract Administrator, Grants Specialist, Contracting Officer, and Contracting OffIcer's Representative (COR). He is Level III Certified in Government Contracting and Program Management by the Defense Acquisition University (DAU).
