SACC SCHOOL YEAR PROGRAM 

SACC offers before-and after-school care for children attending kindergarten through sixth grade in most Fairfax County public elementary schools and Fairfax County community centers. Children with special needs are fully included in all SACC centers. In addition, SACC programs at Key and Kilmer centers serve youth, ages 5-21, with multiple types of disabilities.

SCHOOL YEAR 2023-2024 and 2024-25

SACC is currently enrolling for School Year 2023-2024 and 2024-2025.

Families new to the SACC program:
Families new to the SACC program can access SACC Registration Online (dynaxys.com) to create an account and submit a request for SACC services for School Year 2023-2023 or 2024-2025. Families will receive an automated response, and a SACC registrar will follow-up within five business days regarding enrollment and/or waitlist status.

Families with existing SACC enrollments and waitlists:
Families with a SACC account can login to SACC Registration Online (dynaxys.com) and request to add additional services for a currently enrolled child, and/or to add a new child to the account and request to add services for School Year 2023-2024 or 2024-2025. 

Note: If you have difficulty accessing your SACC account, please do not create a new account. For assistance with gaining access to your account, please call SACC Registration at 703-449-8989, TTY 711 Monday - Friday between 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., except holidays. 

Families may also call SACC Registration to request services.

If space is not currently available at your child’s school, you may choose to have your child's name added to the waitlist. 

Program Fees are based on adjusted household income. Employment is not required for SACC program eligibility. 
A sliding fee scale is available for income eligible families.

SACC program fees for the 2024 – 2025 School Year program will be posted when available.

To determine if your family is eligible for reduced fees, please review the Sliding Fee Application and applicable deductions. 

If your family may be eligible for reduced fees, please complete and submit the Sliding Fee Application, as well as any additional forms as needed and supporting documentation to SACC Registration. The completed forms and documentation may be submitted by:

SACC services will be assessed at full fee until all necessary financial paperwork has been received and reviewed.

A discount is applicable for families with two or more children enrolled. The discount for the second child is 10%; the discount for the third child is 20%; and for each additional child, there is a 30% discount.
