Four innovative businesses have successfully bid for the four remaining plots at Roundswell Enterprise park. The plots are adjacent to the new Enterprise Centre and will start development in summer 2022. Devon County Council look forward to welcoming new enterprise onto the site.
The businesses selected to occupy the plots are committed to creating local employment. The plots will be used for mixed business uses and will benefit the whole of the northern Devon economy by creating jobs, retaining and attracting talent and skilled labour, and encouraging inward investment.
Contractor ISG is developing the site for Devon County Council. Work started on site in October 2019.
The development is funded by Devon County Council.
