Oregon Coronavirus Update - Are you a parent planning on vaccinating your children?

Are you a parent planning on vaccinating your children? If so, what influenced your decision? Were you hesitant? Have you cared for your COVID sick child? Are you comfortable sharing details of that experience? How sick was your child? How did it affect your daily life? How long was your child sick? To continue to help promote the safety and effectiveness of the COVID-19 vaccine, Oregon Health Authority is asking you to share your vaccination stories. To submit your story, fill out the form below and tell us a little bit about who you are, your family, your experiences in getting your child/children vaccinated/or plan to get him/her/they vaccinated and why you chose to get vaccinated. We hope these stories will serve as a reminder to Oregonians across the state that vaccination is not only safe, but also the most effective tool in achieving community immunity and beating COVID-19.
