Description
Board meetings are held the 4th Tuesday of every month from 4 to 5 p.m.
7-6-1604 MCA provides for the establishment of an impact fee advisory committee that serves in an advisory capacity to the governing body, which advisory committee is statutorily required to include at least one representative of the development community and the committee shall review and monitor the process of calculating, assessing, and spending impact fees
Purpose
The purpose to advise the Board of County Commissioners and represent the citizens of Missoula County in reviewing and monitoring the process of calculating, assessing, and spending impact fees.

Composition
A seven (7) member impact fee advisory committee of Missoula County residents, with all members appointed by the Commission for three-year terms, with up to two non-voting alternates appointed at the discretion of the Commission.
The advisory committee is statutorily required to include at least one representative of the development community.
