To deliver our ambitious strategy, we need to change how we work.
Over the last 12 months we've been working with health and social care providers and professionals, the public and other stakeholders to develop a new regulatory model.
Today we've published a new page on our website that gives an overview of this new model. We'll use this page to share more detail as it gets finalised, so keep checking back.
We'll also share updates through this bulletin to let you know when there is more information to read.
We want to make sure that we implement our new ways of working in a way that makes sense and gives providers enough time to prepare.
We want to learn as we go, starting small and rolling out the changes in stages, working in partnership with our stakeholders. We’ll be clear at every step about what it means for people through clear guidance and support.
Today we've published a timeline on our website that sets out how we plan to implement our new regulatory model.
In one of our latest videos we give an overview of our new regulatory model and set out what a year might look like for a provider when we start to regulate in this new way.
