Presenter : Ann Elise DeBelina, MBA

Ann Elise is an Associate at the management consulting firm Oliver Wyman,
  where she
brings a broad range of experience working with Fortune 500
  businesses on operational and
process improvement programs,
new product introductions, commercial development, and
financial modeling.
Prior to joining Oliver Wyman, she was a part of GE’s Accelerated Leadership

Program, leading global teams in four different product lines over 3 years.
She
also brings four years of experience as an environmental consultant for Environmental
Resources Management, where she supported global operational efficiency and energy
reduction programs.  She has a bachelors in engineering from Dartmouth College and an MBA from
the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza School of Business.

When the COVID pandemic hit Houston, I wondered what I could do to help support small businesses in my community.  Oliver Wyman has developed a wide range of COVID-analysis and business recovery tool kits for our clients, and we have worked with SCORE to bring these frameworks, analysis and insights to small businesses in the food and beverage sector in the form of a practical guidebook.  We look forward to sharing this guidebook with the Houston community.
