Trainings should be requested approximately 30 days in advance of the tentative training date to allow OEM staff to get it on their calendar. Please allow 1 week for an OEM staff member to follow up with a confirmed date/time. Confirmation will be sent via email.
Do not include set-up or take-down time in the time frames you list. The OEM trainer will arrive 15 minutes early to set-up and will take-down shortly after the training concludes.
