DO NOT include sensitive personal data e.g. Racial or ethnic origin, physical or mental health conditions, religious beliefs. Remove any irrelevant data about citizens before you include attachments or screenshots to your IT fault or request for service.

We process information about you, and where appropriate the citizens that you serve, to enable us to provide an IT service. The information provided may be shared with Digital and Technology Services (DTS) and BCC suppliers so that they can assist in delivering responsive end-to-end IT support service.
