We are looking for an Agency Financial Operations Director who will work collaboratively with the Division Director/Chief Financial Officer to ensure that financial operations, activities, and goals are met and operating within the parameters of applicable federal and state laws and rules and agency mission and strategic plan expectations. In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to: -Managing the day-to-day functions of the Financial Operations team, Financial Project Management, and Communications team. -Developing, managing, owning, implementing, communicating, and continually improving financial processes, policies, standard, and practices. -Supporting the Director's efforts to direct the activities of supervised work units to assure the overall effectiveness of the programs and consistency with statutory mandates and department objectives. -Serving as division change management and communications director.
