LEAP Learner: Mixed Methods is an interactive course that provides an introduction to mixed method research designs and applications in health and justice settings. 

Understanding different research designs is important for determining how to best answer your research questions and determine which types of data to collect.

Participants will learn the difference between qualitative and quantitative data, how to integrate different research approaches into a single study, and how to collect and report findings to answer complex questions. This course covers how to determine research designs best suited for specific studies, how to create a study design that collects and analyzes different types of information, and more.
