INDIANAPOLIS– Fatal crashes involving pedestrians and bicyclists are up across Indianapolis and it is a trend we want to bring awareness to right now. So far this year, 11 people have been hit and killed while walking or on a bike in Indianapolis. Last year at the same time, there were 4.

We talk to Devon McDonald about the trend and what is being done to stop it. He’s the executive director of the Indiana criminal justice institute.
