Refugees and Ukrainians in East Sussex

Support into Work aims to help Refugees and Ukrainians in East Sussex to find the right job. The project operates across East Sussex.

The project includes an initial assessment of employability needs. From that a support package is created that can include advice about benefits, job search support, mock interviews and cv support, signposting to wider support and general housing advice. Some childcare, travel and kit/resources can be funded to help people access this support. 

Support into Work works with local employers, so that we can match your skills with local job vacancies. Once a job has been identified for you, the project helps you with gathering the information that you need to help you work such as references, qualifications/equivalence and your right to work. 

This project is open to you no matter if you are currently unemployed or working.
